Fake flight delay notification cost me $1000
I woke up to an app notification saying my flight had been delayed. But when I showed up to check in in accordance to the new time, I was informed that my flight had not been delayed at all and that I missed cut-off time. I missed not only this flight but also my intercontinental connecting flight home, and am now out over $1000 in flight costs - not including being stranded in one of the world’s most expensive cities for 3 extra nights. EasyJet customer service took zero accountability and even charged me for the new flight. Worst customer service experience of all time, all due to their app sending a FAKE notification. Booooo to EasyJet 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Scam
Closing cabin baggage saying sold out when there empty cabin baggage space .
Trouble finding boarding pass
After I checked in, it was not easy to find my boarding pass. Luckily I took a screen shot of it. Very frustrating.
Booking App
I’m not sure if it was my iPhone but it took a while to see if I had the correct luggage requirements.
