Tricky app interface
I used easy jet for the first time and the app was misleading to force me to buy extra luggage despite the fact I had already bought . It was not appeared anywhere unless you finalise the check in. After contacting and escalating the case they promised to exceptionally refund me for the second luggage that I never used however for 20 days they don’t even reply to me request . Very bad customer support channels as well. Not recommended as a company , there are better low cost that you can choose.
Can’t retrieve boarding pass
I can’t retrieve the boarding pass, also when I try to add it manually at my trips/add a booking, it stuck at “loading”.
First time flying with easyjet
Right off the f bat:
-I tried to add extra cabin bags and the system did not recognize my last name.
-I selected seats and then I was not able to complete checkin.
-I resubmitted checkin with defaults and It accepted me. Too bad I have NOT added additional bags nor seating where I want.

Annoying! How can I use the app if it says UPDATE and unless you click it, nothing will happen, but when I click it NOTHING happens indeed as my iPhone 5S does not support the new version. So if we don't have fancy phones we are not good enough to be easyjet's customers?! SHAME ON YOU
