EasyPark - Parking made easy

What a load of rubbish. Despite plenty of signs on the meter the app says it can’t find any. In the entire city of Trapani Despite the developers response that I needed to download the Italian version it still didn’t work

I’ve just changed phones. Needed to set up again on the new phone. Go through the set up with phone number. Receive the code via text message and put it in. Always get a error saying your phone number must be incorrect… but I get the codes so how is it wrong? Then I hit resend and try a few times for it to time out and try again in 5 mins.

Not backwards compatible on iPhones, so we either buy a $1,000 new iPhone to upgrade the OS, cop the massive fine, or refuse to go to Victoria Park for our shopping, business, and recreation.

Didn’t have any coins at the time to pay for parking. But noticed the info for the app on the parking meter and wanted to use that instead. Couldn’t find the parking area code or even use location on maps to find the spot I had parked in. Currently in Trapani, Italy. Not a small town, this shouldn’t be this hard. Couldn’t even give the app a 2/5 stars. You’re better off just finding some coins. That is until they work out this pretty glaring bug.

Can’t get the verification code! The app doesn’t send it to my number and it say some random error

Every time it asks for my phone number to send a code it says something went wrong try again, only to have the same error again!

Literally wasted hours of our trip Italy wasting time trying to workout your parking with a queue of people all struggling. We decided to drive to another car park, to then find out, it also used Easy park or cash. We have the aus app and there is no way to change it to Italy. We deleted and redownloaded which doesn't worked. So I followed your steps, to select the flag of the country you are in but your App, there is no flag or country options. When you search parking in the county it’s says nothing found. Seriously terrible. Remove these options from parking car parks so people can just use their card in the machine! Waste of time. I’m a web designer and am appalled that you would launch an App with this many flaws.

app is huge for such a simple app so downloading is a pain on 4g tried 3 different cards got declined for fraud even though they work everywhere else doesnt accept apple pay doesnt accept amex meters dont accept tap to pay absolute pure garbage. i hope the private equity firm partners who own this trash lose money

Love the concept. Super convenient and I love being able to see the different car parks. What I don’t love is every single time I use the app, it asks me to update my payment details. Even though I can clearly see the correct card is there. Then I have to wait ~10 minutes for the app the accept the card before I can start parking. Very frustrating

I do not understand how easypark won the city of Melbourne tender when it does not accept international credit cards. In the middle Nelbourne, full of tourists. Well done VicGov on your selection process! I also don’t understand how any legitimate app does not accept visa or Mastercard from other countries. Ridiculous. The 2.6 star rating definitely tracks. RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER: your customer support staff were the ones that very definitively said that international cards are not accepted. This was after I tried at least 3 cards with the app displaying FRAUD as the failure. The cards were Visa and Mastercard from the USA, which I regularly use within Australia an for Australian apps with no issue. Please coordinate internally on what the issue is and/or how your customer support should handle queries.
