What the hell is this app? All the cards that I’m paying with, are labeled as fraud by this app!

I’ve tried to use it to pay for parking in Slovenia, but the activation didn’t work as from the start I’ve got a message that I’ve exceeded the maximum number is activation SMS and needed to wait for 5 min. Even after 5 min the message was the same. Clearly this app is not working or has a serious bug.

Installed the app. No sms with authentification code has reached my phone. Impossible to use it. Lame app in the year of 2024

I’ve tried using it several times, in various countries, and I’ve always ended up just being frustrated. The last time I tried it I couldn’t even manage to log into the app. Just have some coins on hand, those don’t require you to log in…

It does not start because I didn’t remember the license plate of last car I rented years ago… Then I had to recreate the account but when I got to entering the card I got a message saying fraud… tried another card, got the same. Then my wife tried with her phone but Apple Pay was not available in the list of payment methods. So we entered one of the card manually again and surpise, got Fraud again…

I had to check if it was a scam, not accepting any cards and i had to park in the middle of nowhere. I’m still not sure if it’s not a scam. I would even give it ZERO stars if possible

The add card is broken, “fraud” message for all cards.

I was charged 9€ by the app for parking in Hamburg. When I left the parking place there was a parking manager who charged me again 9€ for the same parking on spot and told me that this is a private parking and I can’t pay through the app. So I was charged twice. The help section in the app is only in german, no english. They only have a “report a fine” section in english. I wrote them giving them proof of payment from the parking manager on site. They gave me a refund, but they said that this is “a one-time goodwill refund”. This is unacceptable as having a refund in this situation, where it’s clearly their fault, is NOT goodwill. I deleted my account and I am not using this faulty app anymore.

The app is rubbish, does not accept any type of cards. No Apple Pay option. It’s useless

I am on vacation in Sicily and need to pay gor parking using this app. I tried to register 3 cards, perfectly valid and enabled, got the Fraud error. I see many users complaining for the past year, but issue is still not resolved. I wrote to customer support as I saw other users have been instructed - autoreply request will be handled in 2 working days. Tried to call support number - not working. Very frustrating…
