Terrible I open the app and I can’t select anything - useless

The app worked quite well to start with but now won’t open properly. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it twice but still useless

Updated to new and improved version and it won’t open. Screen just freezes on the logo. Dreadful. Can’t even default to homescreen. Sure,y you can fix this. GP for me app far superior.

If you reinstall the app on an iPhone and already have an account it doesn’t give you a chance to sign in and just opens frozen. What’s worse you are forced to use this app and can’t sign in using a browser which is absurd. Re install over and over and over makes no difference and always opens frozen like it’s just a screenshot. Being forced to use an app that doesn’t work when it’s critical to see GP appointments there should be greater quality control on the App Store and force developers to also provide a browser version.

How to make booking 1. Go online 2. Select doctor 4. Select time 5. Input phone code 6. Confirm booking It’s a hot mess but is the only way to book with EasyVisit or soniccare… the only way other than calling in.. Doesn’t work at all. Fails to authenticate login Quite literally useless Can’t even use the app on an iPhone 13 running late operating system and even fully uninstalling the app. Update, still doesn’t work. For an app to jump straight to the web, and even that doesn’t work… you’re overpaying your developers by 100% Your application is a joke and your website actually is a joke as well.

The app itself never loads for me, it closes after a few seconds. When I try to make a booking through the GP website and try to sign in for a GP visit for myself it inputs all my daughter’s details instead. Which I can’t change and then freezes, I then end up losing the time slot all together. Worst app I have ever used.

If you can get past the rare occasion it is not consistent crashing, you will get its sluggish use - it is not a friendly app and really is only used as a way of the actual medical centre being able to avoid having staff on to deal with people.

Like others, my GP switched from an excellent booking app that I never had any issues with. EasyVisit is hard to use, not user friendly, buggy, has glitches and doesn’t work properly. The login process is slow and makes you repeatedly sign in. Wish my GP would switch back to HotDoc.
