My daughter really wanted to get this app however we can not figure out how to get the upgrade subscription😑 it is very frustrating. Tried calling and the number doe not work. What is the world is going on!?!?! Some want to give some advice on how to get the subscription??

I love the Eat 2 Win app! It gives me the opportunity to connect with athletes in so many different ways (on their level and in their comfort zone!) and provides challenges that motivate! The app offers great, extensive meal plans that allow me to save my favorite meals. I love that you can track not only food and meals but fluids, sleep and energy/mood, all which play an important role in performance. Highly recommend!

After researching apps for meal nutrition tracking and reading a ton of reviews I thought I found what I was looking for with Eat 2 Win. Unfortunately, I was never able to try the full Premium version of the app, even after emailing support and receiving a message back saying my account was upgraded to the “Premium” version for my trial. 2 stars is based only off the layout and the limited info I was able to access. Hate to leave negative reviews but this simply isn’t what I thought it would be. Shouldn’t have to wait 3-4 days after signing up for the premium trial for full access… note: I STILL do not have the full premium access. Hopefully it’s a glitch and others will not have the same experience. Best of luck.

This app has a good outline and general idea, but it’s lacking a little substance. The meal examples are great and numerous. The balanced meals throughout the day is good for athletes that can do that, but there should be an option to change meal times and how many calories should go for each meal. Otherwise, the is a good beginner app that can be utilized by athletes or fitness enthusiasts to get a good idea of nutrition options.

This app is great for beginners and those wanting to build a foundation in nutritional education! The app offers a very easy to follow plan for achieving nutritional goals and takes out the guesswork. The only thing keeping the app from a higher rating is the limited option for tracking outside foods. If one wanted to eat anything not included in the meal plan, there would be no way to track it. Also, there are no values for macros and the learning courses are extremely expensive and run about $20 per course.
