Eating all the colours of the rainbow is a simple way to diversify your diet. Each colour has been shown to provide different things your body needs. Red: may help reduce sun related skin damage and benefit heart health Yellow / Orange: supports eye health. Green: anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Blue / Purple: may improve brain function and lower risk of type 2 diabetes. White / Brown: may help lower risk of colon cancer This app helps you keep track. Log the plants you have eaten and the app shows you your rainbow for the day. You can also see over time how well you are eating the full rainbow. Regularly eat meals that have the same collection of plants? You can create meals in the app that you can quickly add all the plants at once. No need to add 5+ plants individually each time you have a bolognese sauce. Is it hard to remember to make a note of things? With Eat The Rainbow you can set helpful reminders to add your plants after every meal. Eat The Rainbow has an achievement system to help keep you motivated on your health journey. Modern app design.
