## Eataly Caffè Reviews in United States

### *---- "Sign In"
Trying to use the app and cannot get past the phone number field. Tells me my phone #(cell) is invalid. I’ve tried many formats and downloaded the app multiple times.
-- Ridoutt, 2026-08-20

### *---- "The app is not working anymore"
Cannot log in anymore since a while. I tried everything
-- alebigini, 2026-08-09

### *---- "Can’t change store"
This app is so frustrating to use. I want to change my home store from Rockefeller Center, NY to South Florida. The app won’t let me do it even though I follow all the directions to do so.
And contacting support was not easy. I did so and explained my predicament and I got a reply that I need to create a password for the help ticket. What? I’ve never heard of that. Eataly Caffe developers, get your act together!!
-- tonypct, 2025-08-05

### ***** "Great app"
My morning routine has changed with this app! Real italian espresso is a hit!
-- J_jones_93, 2025-05-21

### ***** "Great new format!"
Very happy that Eataly has launched this new Caffè format! The app is a must-have — it's very convenient to order ahead and quickly pick up in store.
-- Paul_ross73, 2025-05-20

### ***** "Simple and intuitive"
The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. A strong point is the customization section: I can choose from a variety of options for each product and have the option to save my preferences for future purchases.
Overall, the app makes the online shopping experience truly enjoyable, with the guarantee of always receiving quality products.
I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to discover the italian taste!
