I just used the app for the first time and it is SOOO simple and easy!!! I just had one of the tastiest toasties in my life and my god did it feel good to know it was 20% cheaper then usual!! So much variety , the map option shows you all the current deals near by which gives a good visual indicator to the daily hot spots … it also has a feature that shows you the total money saved over time !!! Again all things great for a student, we spend so much on our degrees and stuff that cheap food just makes our lives better!!! went to the wrong venue (Orchard Hotel instead of Chatswood Hotel) because the app’s information was unclear. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, nothing happened. The messages I received were confusing and didn’t properly address the issue. I expected at least a basic level of support, but the whole process was frustrating and unhelpful. Not using this app again.

I’ve used this app twice now in the cbd to find out that the so called “restaurants” we go to are serving up the most smallest portions, aren’t even selling the foods we were interested in on the app or are just sold out. What is the point of me using the app if the food I wanted to eat is off the table and I can’t even use the discount? These restaurants in my option double up the price of their dishes and when we do end up using the discount it comes down to a price that is seen across other restaurants without the discount. I don’t usually write reviews but I ethically I believe it’s best app makers have a bit of decency to at the least market an app that is beneficial to society or beneficial in creation. Please make some improvements based on this review. Please.
