This app completely changed my cooking and eating habits. I realized I’m not a bad cook- I just didn’t bother to look up different recipes to cook. It has batch cook features so I can meal prep and keeps me on track with my nutrition preferences.

I was referred to the app by my dietician and it has never been easier to keep track of my suggested macro and calorie balance.  It is user friendly, and chock full of regular grocery items and recipes you can add to your daily or weekly meal planning; if it’s not in there, it’s a breeze to add your own and store in your favorites.  A few of their suggested recipes are now my regulars.  And the grocery list makes shopping a piece of cake (especially for the person who always needs a list like me!)

Superior nutrition and planning app. Love the diversity of menus from which to choose. My RD works with patient to customize unique needs. but it’s flexible to work life into the app to make my life easier. But best of all the shopping list is simply awesome. ### ***** "Healthy Nutrition Program with no gimmicks"
EatLove is an excellent program for losing weight the right way and keeping it off! So far, I’ve lost 40 pounds in 4 months with no chemicals, pills, shots, no cravings and no starving myself! In fact I had to tell my Nutritionist to cut back on my food intake because I couldn’t eat it all! I was never hungry and ate everything I picked and wanted without ever feeling guilty! 

This program was introduced to me by a friend who lost 60 pounds thru his Nutritionist & Trainer. 

The program is super easy to follow and you pick items based on your dietary habits and/or restrictions. They provide simple recipes and even give you a grocery list for the week based on the meals you choose. It’s actually a lot of fun. If your day ever changes or you just don’t feel like having what you picked, you can change that meal in an instant with many “smart choices”, restaurant’s or your own recipe ! It even provides restaurants Nationwide wherever you are and the menu items that are allowable. They are millions of substitutions too! 

I’ve tried every diet over the decades and this was the first time I really feel healthy and that my body is getting all the right nutrients it needs. If you love to eat then you’ll love EatLove!

Why the sudden change that now requires a login each time you open the app. We live in this app. If every time we open it we have to login it just creates challenges and, frankly, the lack of desire to use it.

I was introduced to EatLove through my dietician and it has been a game changer for me. I can easily access meal plans and recipes knowing they are tailored to my specific nutrition prescription. No more guess work and the recipes are delicious. I appreciate the plant based focus of the recipes and nutrition tracking. The ability to create my grocery list and place my grocery order online has helped me eliminate one of my personal pain points (not having time to grocery shop.) It is also a great resource when I am traveling for business or personal as I have access to restaurant recommendations through the mobile app. Overall, EatLove has streamlined my mealtime processes and made it much easier (dare I say even fun) to stay focused on my health goals.

### ***** "Love EatLove as both a dietitian and a user"
I personally use and love EatLove. 
As a user, I love the nutrition prescriptions and that my meal plan is tailored to me, the recipes, the meal plan view, the grocery shopping feature, the easy swapping ability, the fact that you can add family members to certain meals, and the fact that you can find smart choices at major restaurants. Sometimes the pictures on some of the recipes aren’t the most appetizing, and there have been a few dud recipes, but overall recipes are fantastic! 
As a dietitian, I find most of my patients aren’t as able to fully use EatLove like I can (but I guess that’s why they’re seeing me, so I can help them to!). But for the right patient (no mental health issues, motivated with a lot of self-efficacy), it is fantastic. It can still be a helpful learning tool for the other patients, they’re just not really ready for it fully. The best part of EatLove as a dietitian is the customer support! They are always there to help if needed, they are very open to suggestion, and are always working to improve the product.
