Needs work
Makes you sign in all the time. Doesn’t store all the payment information (still have to put in CVV). Payment windows are 15 minutes apart for pickup. I didn’t complete the order in time to get the first window. Instead of adjusting your time by however long you took to order, moves you 15 minutes later. Food won’t be ready when I get there anyhow.

We traveled from Buffalo to Erie just to go to this restaurant today. The staff are sooooo friendly and the food is good at a good price range. The kids enjoyed the smiley cookies too!
Easy and lots of coupons
I use the reorder function like once a week minimum and there’s almost never NOT a coupon in the app??? love eatnpark love this app

Update your app and allow guest check out
Tried 5 times to place an order. Never had an issue before now it won’t let you order as a guest. Then you are prompted to keep adding items - I dont want to keep adding items. Then when trying to create an account it said I had one and wouldn’t reset a password. Let people use the app as a guest - so frustrating and not worth the hassle
Can’t save location
The refurbished app requires I have to search for a restaurant EVERY time. 99% of the time I order from the same restaurant. Previous version retained that as a default

What good is the app if no stores accept online orders??
Signed on to the app today and was prompted to create a new account. Once I did there was not one location that was accepting online orders. What’s the point????
