Subscription Information: Eato® offers a 7-day trial subscription service for $79.99/year, granting unlimited access to VIP features during the subscription period. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase after the 7-day trial. During the trial period, you can manage your subscription and cancel by going to your 'Account Settings'. After being charged, you may turn off auto-renewal by visiting the same section. Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but they will not refund the current subscription. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

How would u remove 1 week trial and charge us immediately without any notice. I refused to pay this fee and I believed that everyone is not happy with this kind of bussiness
bad experience with too many questions for the opening
Product designers only care about collecting information but do not understand anything about user experience. They sit and declare information until their hands are tired and it is not over yet.
SCAM!
The app claimed to offer a 5-day free trial, but my account was charged immediately upon download, and I was not given any access to the trial period as promised.
It's a scam?
To use this app we have to buy membership. And it said "1 week trial, don't have to pay now", but when we click on "1 year subscription" it charged immediately. Where is the 1-week trial? Where is "don't have to pay now"? Other apps do charge after 1 week and give user 1 week trial. They should only charge when the customers are really happy with the service and are willing to stay. But I tried the AI feature with bread, tea, such simple things yet they all appeared errors, then the app led me to input mannually instead or try again.. Really a good idea to start with but this app's AI feature do need more work. Not recommeded right now

I think Eato is going to help me a lot! You see, I am a bit under weight so Eato is helping me
Stole my money
Paid for a year, got it for a day. Locked out. Customer service is basically online forum. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled. Answered about 30 questions again and now it’s letting me track again. What a pain.
7 day trial trick
I wanted to try the app and thought the 7 day trial was a good option. It popped up with a discount and said no 7 day trial and I clicked off of the option but it still signed me up for 3 month (instead of the yearly discount which also doesn’t include the trial! I cancelled immediately and I am still being charged. Their customer service does not work- server is busy! That being said I also am not happy with the app. $30!!! for nothing.

You guys need to improve your AI cameras it’s not doing too well so far. I’m entering everything manually. Your AI doesn’t work. Great your scanners don’t work great your barcode scanner doesn’t work well all of them are giving me problems. They can’t seem to find anything but it’s a good idea to see you improve some of this stuff.
