The renewal cost will be charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Charged for the trial version
I got charged for the trail version. The prompts for selecting a plan are very misleading. They offered the trial version, but once you hit accept, they offer you a 50% discount on an annual plan. There’s no way to reject the option. I had to go back, and re-start the app, got offered the trail version, then I was asked to select a plan for when the trial expire, upon selection I was asked for the info payment and got charged for the plan… I feel like I’m being scammed
Far from being accurate
Purchased this app for the scanning meal function. Idea is good, but unfortunately, it’s too far from being accurate. No matter what meal I had, the result was the same - 450 calories. I caught that when my trainer asked me to send them my daily food intake for the past week. When I had all food for the past week on one page on from of me, and saw that almost everything was 450 calories, I then checked the accuracy and calculated the ingredients separately - results were way higher. Same if I was trying to customise my recipes: calories were significantly lower than if you calculate each ingredient separately.
DISHONEST AND NON ETHICAL ! ARNAQUE !
Dishonest and unethical offer. If you don't subscribe to the "free" week, there is no AI food scanner at all, you don't see it anywhere. Even after filling out the endless survey/investigation at the beginning. Incredible to still be doing this in 2025. Besides, I rejected all the offers that appeared repeatedly and they lowered the price of the subscription to $24.99 for a year, so there is no point in buying it above that price (unless you absolutely want to become a customer of this type of company). Apple should change its rules and ban this type of marketing and/or business, they sully Apple's reputation. Really glad I took time to help you. 🙂 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Offre malhonnête et contraire à l'éthique. D'ailleurs, j’ai rejeté toutes les offres qui apparaissaient à répétition et ils ont abaissé le prix de l’abonnement jusqu’à 24,99$ pour un an, alors inutile de l’acheter au-dessus de ce prix (sauf si vous voulez absolument devenir un client de ce genre d'entreprise). Apple devrait changer ses règles et interdire ce type de marketing et/ou d'entreprise, elles salissent la réputation d’Apple. Vraiment heureux d’avoir pris le temps de vous aider. 🙂
7-day trial
This is a great app to use, I love the ai which is pretty accurate. But they charge you the yearly amount right away, even though they say you get a 7-day free trial. I filed a refund request with Apple and was approved. Just a heads up, as not everyone can afford the full amount and beyond that, it’s misleading.
I never write reviews
I never write a review. But this app is so dope! If you’re lazy and want to track your macros this is honestly the best app I found. Also makes you a grocery list and meal plans for you. The free version is cool. But honestly it is the best 40$ I’ve ever spent. Makes tracking so effortless. You scan a bar code and there is the product you are eating. Simple stuff. Great app can’t say enough about it!!
Not friendly for gaining weight.
Not friendly for those who are trying to gain weight. Wish they had this option. Constantly pressuring you select that you’re unhappy with your body. So unnecessary.

Just a heads up.. after you enter all your information, they tell you the price…. They should be more up front
Database of food very thin
Wouldn’t scan barcodes. Barely gives you time to line up the barcode. Basic no name item wasn’t in database. Kraft peanut butter didn’t show up in barcode scan. When I searched “apple” it gave 10-12 items that aren’t even apple related
Give me my refund
They said they have a free trial fir 7 days. I subscribed, thinking if I cancel before 7th day they will give me back my money. I literally cancelled just 2 hours of using it because I can’t put my custom recipes in, and I didn’t get a refund. I only got a message saying my subscription will end on Feb 12,2026.
