Not only is the app super glitchy but the actual intercom regularly breaks which means that guests, children and deliveries have no way of getting in unless they call you directly meaning you have to go all the way to open the gate! No one to ever call to get support either. Only an email button on the app that, surprise… doesn’t work!

When calls come through, sometimes it connects, sometimes it hangs. When you open the app to open gates, sometimes the gates appear sometimes not. The calls battle to work properly, video quality is poor and often the app just freezes.
keep changing app, from not ok to ridiculous
It will be great if the app can be used on Apple car play. This will help with opening gates while driving
