eBay Motors: Parts, Cars, more

See eBay app review. 6/6/24: Just to clarify - original review was for the regular eBay app (not eBay Motors). Item trying to list includes iOS device from within the past few years. Those details used to generate automatically correctly - but now the details are almost completely WRONG. Is eBay planning to be SUED when the details come out wrong for both the Seller & the Buyer? It was already “AI” listing generation in function - without the name. Now it’s like back to 1999.

The old Ebay was fine. I don’t need eBay Motors too

Looked up cheap used cars for a project car. 1st listing is a 70k$ corvette next listing was a 100 grand Lamborghini. Like wut are yah doing. (Edit to answer question) Yes I’m aware of the filters lol. Max price was set at 2000$.

Even if you do not sell an item, you will be charged hidden fees without your permission. I was charged 28.66 for seller fees for an item that was returned, and it gave me an overdraft fee in my account. eBay showed no remorse in the situation, and the amount of hurdles I had to go through just to get told "no were keeping your money" made this way more stressful than it needed to be, and I don’t recommend that kind of treatment to anyone else. Customer loyalty is also out the door with eBay, they recognized I was a customer for 13 plus years and still decided to provide a terrible customer experience and blamed me for not "understanding their current policies." Facebook marketplace is 10x a better alternative to ebay when it comes to selling your items, I would recommend that first before you let eBay rob you. There is a reason this business is going down the toilet, and I experienced it first hand. There’s a good chance you will deal with similar issues if you decide to sell on eBay yourself.

I hadn’t even done anything on eBay yet, and I was given a permanent, lifetime ban. Why, you ask? I have no idea! They refuse to tell me. I even called customer support, and the guy told me he didn’t know why, and that I’ll “just have to use other sites from now on.” Yeah, I guess I would’ve saved time doing that from the start. Thanks for nothing, eBay.

Love the app but 5 minutes into looking at cars the app closes forcing me to reopen and find what I was looking at. Please fix this

I’m trying to find vehicles within 50 miles of my zip code in Houston. I get results in Michigan, Florida and California. Useless to me if the distance filter doesn’t work Thanks!

This app just spins and spins when trying to list an item for sale. This is getting really old.
