EBay inaccessible
Due to a recent update, my iPhone 6s (yes it’s old but it’s all I have) can no longer access eBay. I was using the app daily to sell and buy items and now i no longer can. Done with it.

The notification changes needs fix and the Sold sound missing
Bid end time has been removed?!
Very confused as to why the time that the listing ends would be removed. This is a crucial feature, I am totally handicapped by this disappearing. Makes no sense, please explain
Horrible customer service
eBay lack all fundamentals of a well managed business. The do not prioritise sellers, and will hold the sellers funds until the item gets delivered. Help chats are disconnected after certain hours, you can’t call them since covid and every response time is over 5 minutes. Avoid if possible

Can’t report mobile bugs!! Where can I?
How come I never get notifications when I sell an item, ONLY see it when I open the app or check emails.
Ebay bot blocked all my communication with buyer
After my item had been successfully won at auction, the ebay bot blocked all my attempted communication with my buyer, apparently because it thought that I was trying to arrange a sale putside of ebay. I was in fact trying to give the buyer all my contact information in order that the pickup of the bulky item went smoothly. I was thus unable to confirm the pickup time and may now lose the sale due to lack of communication. It was an expensive item and quite hard to sell. I have had to leave the New Years event I’m attending and go home to access my computer in an attempt to put out this fire. It’s just unacceptable. As a seller you try to do your best to ensure an easy experience for anyone that buys from you. Thanks ebay for making the process as painful as possible.
