Beside it perfect Money back guarantee for seller an buyer. This platform does not support seller in shipping, they just support and act what a buyer says. Without any interaction with seller on late shipping cases they directly restrict seller account
Account permanently suspended
My account has been permanently suspended for nothing without any warning even they are not telling me the reason it was a buyer account not even a seller account ebay really has to work about the policy of account suspensions

Refund didn’t arrive after 9 months
It’s been 9 months after the refund was approved due to order not arrived and it has not yet arrived in my bank. Support team is very non-cooperative.
