This app was very disappointing. I guess it was supposed to be “relatable” but …it’s more like a caricature of Black slang 😳😳😳. A lot of it was just cringey and outdated honestly. “Youse can trust ‘em n spread da kind of love dat keeps ya happy and fulfilled” likeeeee no actual black person talks like that outside of a historical fiction novel -- 1994SrP, 2023-11-08 ### ***** "Love this app!" The app helps me to stay motivated. -- Damali Fils, 2023-07-28 ### ***** "I love Ebony Notes!!!" I love this app! It’s so simple that it’s hard to figure out why it’s so effective. In a world where I’m not seen as the default, Ebony Nots hits my notifications several times a day, reminding me that I do belong, and I am enough. Who ever created this, THANK YOU. -- CLRCE12, 2023-05-25 ### ***** "Just what I needed" I love that the affirmation are really relatable and that they don’t feel corny or disconnected from who I am.
