## EBTH Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not compatible with iPad iOS 18"
Yes I’m updated to iOS 18 and this app doesn’t work on iPads. The legend or menu at the bottom “Home, Discover, sales,My items, more” doesn’t exist. It only appears on my iPhone. Also, many times I’ve had to close the app and reopen it because it gets stuck.

### ***-- "LOVVEEE but issues"
I love EBTH. So many great finds! However… the app is extremely frustrating. It is slow and rarely loads past a certain amount when searching an item. It is glitchy and will crash often. The Previous Search list will only list a word that has never been searched before and then will drop off that list entirely. The Suggested Search is always blank. Half the time when searching a word, nothing will pop up. But the next day you search the same word, multiple will show and those items have clearly been for auction for days. The app needs a revamp from the ground up.

### *---- "Ridiculous shipping costs"
Shipping prices used to be fair. Now, the estimates are absurd. No way I’d pay significantly more for shipping than the item. No way they’re not profiting from shipping prices.
-- Lola Rolla, 2024-10-26

### *---- "Confused"
Is this app only based in one area or does it simply not have enough people using it and inputting data? There is not a single item within 500 miles of me, everything seems to be in the state of Ohio; I can’t afford any of the shipping costs and I have not seen anything that wasn’t a rug, wardrobe, couch, or sofa…

### ***** "Good prices on quality stuff 😊."
I’ve bought some cool stuff on this site for a fraction of the prices new. Coats, purses and a nice watch. I’ve been please with how they were represented.

### ****- "Website"
The site is not functioning well. I have never had the issue of not being able to sort sales or pricing. This is making this site hard to navigate.
-- Auction shopper, 2024-06-19

### ***-- "Can not search. Prior screen overlaps so cannot hit search"
Bummer
-- Suomi69, 2024-06-17

### *---- "Broken"
Completely inoperative after this latest upgrade. Fire your programmers.

### ***** "EBTH a great place to shop and sell"
I have been a regular seller and buyer on EBTH for over 10 years. ❤️ it.

### ***-- "Great success w/ 1st auction & then I could not participate in any other auction"
I bid on jewelry and watches and had great success with first bid on diamond stud earrings. The information on the earrings was great. I could see that the color and clarity of the stones were easy to see due to the photos provided. My bid was extremely low and I have been extremely happy with my purchase. But then I had a message on my account when I tried to sign in stating that I needed to contact customer service. The only option was to contact them by email and so I responded with a detailed email and received the worst response to an alert that I received from the company. I did some digging online and found customer service number and called them and explained my situation and that I wanted to participate in other auctions but was unable and the only explanation I got over the phone was that a specific person was dealing with my case and they were going to pass the message along to them about returning my phone call so I could update my payment method and bid on some pieces of jewelry on auctions that were ending within 48 hours. I have yet to hear from anyone and I cannot sign in or place any bids and this has been going on for 5 years!! Seriously! If I had done anything that would cause this company to place an alert on my account preventing me from bidding on items and still after 5 years they cannot communicate with me as to why I would be omitted from making a purchase then they obviously believe I am nefarious and my account should have some kind of information about exactly what happened but they would not do anything but tell me someone would be getting back with me!

I really loved the ease of bidding and purchasing process and extremely happy with my purchase. I just can’t get an answer on why I can’t bid on anything else.
