Why is the new update not working for iPhone

waste of time using this app
Doesn’t show meter balance
I got this app to see my consumption and track my meter balance but it doesn’t move from the number I loaded and I’m always blindsided when it runs out. Please fix this feature
Prepaid issues
Best app but I have issues with topping up my prepaid account, I used my meter number n account number, I added them to the app when I try to make payment to my prepaid it always says meter offline, so I used the same account added it to postpaid section made payment 100ghc it went through alright but I don’t see then money on my meter card or meter itself,,,tries contact ECG on Facebook n sent email no one has replied to me,,, poor service that’s why I gave it 2 stars
Excellent App
I live in Canada and can now check my prepaid metre usage and balance in Ghana. Shhhhhh! No one in the house know I have the access. Now I can cross check their requests for top up.
Doesn’t work.
App stopped working after rebranding from PDS to ECG. Can’t log into account, reset password or create a new account
Poor service
Payments don’t reflect real time
Corruption
I had ghc 16.00, and paid ghc 50.00. After loading my token, my new balance is now ghc 56.00 instead of ghc66.00. This is bad business because we all struggling and I don’t believe you should robe from the poor
Poor communication
ECG app is really poor to the extend that they can approve your money but can’t get your credit on time
