ECG+ analyzes your Apple Watch ECG to unlock the crucial cardiac details hidden inside, then creates a report with clear evidence of what happened, ready to bring to your doctor.

ECG+ also helps you review your Apple Watch ECG recordings and better understand the findings, including patterns such as possible early, or premature, heartbeats, which some people notice around moments of sudden palpitations or skipped heartbeats. Most importantly, ECG+ tracks these findings for your peace of mind, so you know when things are under control or when your attention is needed, for example when premature beat burden is rising.

ECG+ does not diagnose symptoms or medical episodes. Instead, it presents your recorded ECG data in a clearer, more structured way, so you can have a more informed and productive conversation with your doctor. Many users, including medical professionals, have found real value in ECG+.

○ Advanced readings to help your cardiologist
Today I showed my Doctor several ECGs derived from my Apple Watch through ECG+ and advanced data analysis. He was really impressed and helped answer a lot of my questions on PACs and PVCs. Apple ECG alone will not identify enough of what's going on. Highly recommend this app.

○ Accurate reading
I am a retired Paramedic and can read ECGs very well. I knew I was having an irregular heart rhythm so I downloaded this ecg+ app and printed out my latest one lead ECG. I went to the Emergency Room with the print out, ecg+ was spot on and matched the 12-lead in the ER. The ER doc was quite impressed with the interpretation and print out.

○ Very accurate
As a CT ICU nurse of 34 years I find the readings on the EKG app to be surprisingly accurate! I'm very impressed with the quality of the telemetry given that it's from a watch on my wrist. It's also quite reassuring as I get older to know that it can automatically monitor for arrhythmia so I can be more proactive in following up with my physician on my heart health.

Every finding is marked directly on the ECG, with the supporting measurements laid out in one clear report:
Premature beats - the skipped, extra or fluttering beats you actually feel
Rhythm patterns - bigeminy, trigeminy, quadrigeminy, couplets and triplets, marked where they happen
Premature-beat burden - how often abnormal beats occur, tracked over time
QT / QTc interval measurements
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) - with its trend, shown as a Poincaré plot
AFib irregularity - the irregularly-irregular pattern that points to atrial fibrillation
