EchanMall has been one of the best importation app have known Legit and also as good customer service thanks for being a trustworthy app even when you have issues with your orders just try to communicate with their customers service they will sure turn up and give you the best of the best

I’ve tried to get my old account back, not possible. I’ve tried registering again and the same thing.

They are good and all till today i tried to update the app as they requested and i had to uninstall thrice because it didn’t work out and your customer service are snubs Write back to me as soon as possible i need to use the app for some purchase pls

I recharged my echanmall account and the amount hasn’t reflected. My balance is still at zero

I will not recommend these people to anyone,for almost 2 days now they refused to ship my goods out,I told them to send it to another shipping agent,they said they will check for the delivery cost and up till now they’ve been ignoring my calls and messages,I just pray I’m able to get my goods from them,they will frustrate you,hardly attentive.

Do not use this people to ship your goods if not your business is at risk and you will run at loss and also be ready to pay extra KG you don't have. If you must use them be ready to know you total kg and challenge them with your kg because they are good in inflating KG. Just imagine I want to ship a goods worth 13kg and it was inflated 30kg, this is not the first nor the second time. They entice you to buy product from their App with friendly rate knowing fully well they will deal with you during shipment. They won't allow you transfer goods either to other warehouse because they will tag high charge on it.

I enjoyed using the app, but now it keeps me excited when I'm about to make a purchase. Please fix the issue
