I’m a premium member and with all that when I was trying to login to make an appointment the damn thing did not work as OTP was not received. Decided to go ahead with Doc990 and it was a smooth process. I’m uninstalling this right now.

When I tried to make a no show refund before the session starts, the no show refund button was disabled and I wasnt able to make the request. After some time, after the session starts I could proceed with the refund but it says the time was passed and it was accepted. Seems like there is a bug in the new update. I could not get my money although I paid for the no show refund. Hotline agent was also not able to help me on this. This is a serious case.
