Easy to use better if someone was there
Went to use the app. Found it very easy to use and was able to book an available appointment but when the appointment came round, there was only me attending. The service I was meant to be texting was no where to be seen. 19 minutes I was in the chat hoping someone would help. Rebooked for next appointment slot to see if I get any further.
