eClinicalMobile® allows providers to access the system anywhere through their smart phone. The screen has been optimized for easier viewing and to load quickly on these handheld devices. Users are able to access schedules, write prescriptions, and access encounters with the peace of mind that the data is encrypted and hosted on a secure gateway.
eClinicalMobile provides user name and password as part of the log-on security function. Once logged in, icons are displayed for ease of use in choosing your function.

e-Prescribing
Viewing patient encounters
Examining lab results
Charge capture at the point of service

Updates

I have found the updates just add more fluff and no substance. It is not windows based. Have to close a window to get to the other window. It is very counterintuitive!! Does not flow. Our administration was duped into purchasing this faulty EMR. Why can it not be more intuitive?? Too many clicks to get a task done!! Terrible EMR, clunky, not streamlined, too many clicks. I liked my Athena and my Epic in my previous practices.

Telephone messages

All of a sudden, cannot generate telephone messages from the app with no method at correcting

Frustrating. With all the money we spent on this system why so difficult to navigate?

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE

LITERALKY THE WORST APP IMAGINABLE. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS FOR EVEN DARING TO CHARGE FOR THIS.

I dread the days that I have to use the app

Very buggy, lots of crashes, limited features, very difficult to do simple tasks. Hard to even suggest what could be improved because it really needs a complete overhaul.

Evaluation of this program

I don’t understand this program. What’s it for doesn’t give me any information about my visit with the doctor all it does is give me an appointment date it’s useless.

Doesn’t work!

This app is terrible! It doesn’t allow me to do the things that I need to do. It won’t let me send a prescription most of the time. I need to be able to lock and unlock my notes as well of I am away from a computer and something was forgotten and needs to be done! This app is useless for the most part!

Garbage

Can’t log on. Anytime ecw updates or changes everything goes to garbage

VERY LIMITED

The APP is so bad it isn't even worth the time to complain about it. ECW boast of being one of the largest EMR carriers and this is the best they can do? Horrible!

Suboptimal

With advances in technology of today’s age, it’s shocking that we cannot progress with a basic more user-friendly EMR platform that does not add in so many extra clinic and extra work for clinicians and staff
