Powerfully Calming

This app is amazing. There are so many options! I love the daily wisdom cards, so fun. I have insomnia but have been sleeping better thanks to this app!

I just started on the meditations. Interested to see how they help enhance my healing process. So far so good

Loving this new app!

I’m loving this new app! I love the daily card pull and the guided mediation!! The mediations are very vivid and the voice is smooth and calming. I’m able to relax and go deep. Some of the mediations do end a bit abrupt for me. I like the “come back to your body/room” and a bit slower come back personally. I can’t wait to try all of them!! So glad I found this app! It’s my new go to for my daily meditations.

Love the meditations!

I love this app and the meditations! I am newer to meditating and I love how this app allows me to dive in at my own pace. I love I can choose different focuses depending on my needs for the day and that there are so many to choose from. I usually listen to them at night as I try to fall asleep because I always feel like my mind is racing or thinking about my to do list. These medications help me focus and honestly put me to sleep in the best possible way! When I’m not using them to help me sleep, I love that they allow me to clear my mind and focus on my emotions for healing and understanding. The meditations are well done and I love using the app!

These meditations are so calming and freeing. The anxiety and sleep meditations have helped me so much and I am looking forward to trying all the other ones.
