## eCO CU Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Review"
We don’t get enough transfers
-- Tremonz, 2024-05-10

### *---- "Horrible App"
You can’t see much about your account ! It doesn’t let you transfer funds when you need too only like once or twice before you have to do it at an atm. The app often stops working . 0/10
-- AVictoria001!, 2023-08-16

### *---- "App"
It’s crashed a lot trash app worse things ever hate it
-- App on it, 2023-04-11

### ***** "Love it"
Love it
-- Dj tez hen, 2022-07-06

### *---- "Logging in"
I am constantly having problems with logging in and trying to transfer my money. I had my password reset bc of this and now it’s doing it again
-- Bruceslady, 2021-12-18

### ***** "Review"
Very convenient and quick
-- Tristan Dt, 2020-12-09

### **--- "Outdated app software"
I think the app developers should consider looking at other banking apps to see how they differ. Before I was able to name my accounts at least since I didn’t have the MULTIPLE account numbers memorized, now it’s just the bare minimum. Account balance, transfer and deposits. What about a spending summary? Or the ability to transfer to other members? Or the ability to transfer to other banks? I mean anything?! As soon as I log in to the app I’m ready to log out.

This app is not aesthetically pleasing in the slightest nor does it update my account over the weekend. It’s missing pizzazz!!

I did give it two stars instead of one for the bare minimum info I do receive.

EDIT: there is a whole lot of cap in this app. Where can you see pending payments in the app? I see the pictures show it but my account NEVER does?! 🧐 also, how do you have account numbers showing as account names? Mine show as xxxx1234-1.
-- CMoPizzazz, 2020-08-01

### **--- "Glitchy"
This app is glitchy. The old version was more reliable. I have trouble logging in a good bit. I also don’t like that I can’t see more detail in my account overview. I want to see balances after each debit or credit.
-- Townshipper 505, 2019-12-26

### ****- "Easy to use"
I like the interface and how easy it is to find what I need. I have had some consistent trouble with internal transfers through the app - I wish that could be fixed but it may just be an issue with my phone...
-- B Star Review, 2019-12-18

### ***** "Much better!"
So much better already after only using it for 1 day! Great job on the update!!
