## ECO Plugs Reviews in United States

### *---- "This Application doesn’t work."
This application does not work properly. The timer cannot be used, it does not record the hours, and when you try to edit, the application crashes. I contacted the manufacturer, they tried to help, and in the end their solution was to return the timer. I appreciate that, but since I am in Costa Rica, the cost of sending the equipment back to the USA is higher than buying a new one from another brand. Unfortunately, this means money and equipment wasted. 🥲
-- ccastrocarranza, 2025-08-17

### *---- "Poorly written app"
Not only is this app unintuitive and difficult to setup, the instructions don’t make sense and the graphics are incredibly ugly. After cycling through the same confusing message several times it became apparent the instructions were asking for the phone to be rebooted which is not exactly a normal way to setup an app. I have very little confidence in the quality and effectiveness in this product.
-- NoNeinNyetNao, 2025-06-16

### *---- "Update needed!"
It worked summer of 2024, but this summer I can’t even get connectivity!
-- Rinnie2011, 2025-05-23

### **--- "Great - When it Works!"
Great app, easy to use. But super glitchy! Sometimes the plugs just don’t appear. I installed it on my iPad and my wife’s phone. Works great, easy peasy. But my phone? Nope. Blank. And tech support was ridiculously unhelpful. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this and the old WiOn app. 🤮
-- Cathy35000, 2025-05-09

### *---- "Horrible App"
Try to get an alternative; this cap is really really outdated and zero connectivity !!
-- Sally Block, 2025-04-18

### ***** "The Best"
If you’re not using this application then you’re not easily controlling you switch. A must have.
-- globalmfgllc, 2025-04-10

### *---- "Useless after Spectrum install"
Beware only works on 2.4 GHz after the Spectrum install internet connection everything else works perfectly, no information from eco systems no 5g upgrade smart boxes!
-- GTO65JOHN, 2025-01-21

### *---- "The dial-up version of the modern app."
This thing is never updated. Minimal options in scheduling. Find another product and buy it to control timing on lights. Send back whatever you just bought because these issues should have been fixed years ago but this developer can’t seem to figure it out.
-- Eater76182, 2024-11-25

### *---- "IOS 18 Compatibility"
Another new IOS upgrade, another year of connectivity problems. This might be the only company that doesn’t test their software ahead of new IOS releases.
-- ios 16 compatibility, 2024-10-10

### *---- "Horrible"
Truly a terrible piece of software. Hard to replicate any errors and doesn’t work consistently across iOS devices. Customer support non-existent.
