Their ATM at WalMart would not recognize the code I was sent by ecoATM. I would have been better off selling to a Pawn Shop! Received a response from the Developer asking me to call or email. I called and spoke with someone who apologized stating that I should have called when my code was not accepted, and they would have given me another code. He added that their ATMs don’t always recognize the promotional codes that are given out! He also offered to give me another code to use on my next sale! I explained in an email that EcoAtm should reimburse me the $23.00 I lost in my transaction! My advice to anyone who will read this, don’t use EcoAtm they are not interested in paying fair market value! -- Baron Frodo, 2025-09-04 ### *---- "Lie" They told me after their kiosk took my phone 4 weeks later and now their finally sending me the phone back after multiple phone calls and emails at first they told me they would send me a check for the phone then 2 weeks later and they send a email saying their sending the phone back after I threaten to call the cops I will never deal with them again they lie -- Killergammer94, 2025-07-19 ### *---- "Terrible" Price offers and machines are just garbage. You would be way better off just selling your device to a real person -- Joshthereviewguy11, 2025-07-14 ### *---- "DUMB APP‼️‼️" Offers me 70 DOLLARS for a phone I paid 300 dollars for less than a year ago USED!!! This is useless app!!!! -- kenzieee🤪, 2024-11-17 ### *---- "Just use the website" Downloaded the app and realized you can only price the phone your currently on. No android. -- Pallaium, 2024-11-10 ### *---- "DO NOT USE" By far the worst app I ever used and a waste of gas and time went to a drop off location offered 8 dollars for a cracked iPhone XS that WORKS Machine said was not on, it was in fact on -- Smokeymcbongs, 2024-11-09 ### *---- "Worst app EVER" This app is totally useless. You try to get the code to avoid standing there forever at the machine but the stupid app continues to say it’s us not you. Customer service just says delete the app and re upload which does nothing. It’s easier to just go a pawnshop -- Darth Mom OT, 2024-10-13 ### *---- "Cheapskates" 95 dollars for a basically brand new iPhone 12 is laughable at best but pathetic at most. Do not use this app. I don’t care if you are on your last drop of gas in your car, you’d be better off selling on eBay, (which you can easily get a label and box for at the post office cheaply) or go on Facebook marketplace. Good luck -- ThanksATonForNoFun, 2024-09-05 ### *---- "Garbage app and service" The pricing offered is ridiculous, they give you pennies for working devices. Their machines don’t read your device properly, it says my 128gb iPhone doesn’t power on and is only 32gb so they offered $4. Use any other service you can. -- Animal Cell, 2024-02-08 ### *---- "Payout is horrible" Saves the plannet but fails to mention they pay 10% of the value of the phone and make a huge profit -- Justbeinghonest77, 2024-01-21 [View all ecoATM reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ecoATM Discovered Keywords - atm - eco - eco machine - ecosystem ## Apps Similar to ecoATM - [Tech Coach](https://apptail.io/app/tech-coach-iji/united-states) - [My Total Wireless: Account App](https://apptail.io/app/my-total-wireless-account-app-LcS/united-states) - [My Tracfone: Account Manager](https://apptail.io/app/my-tracfone-account-manager-McS/united-states) - [US Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/us-mobile-NcS/united-states) - [Boost Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/boost-mobile-QcS/united-states) - [My Straight Talk: Mobile App](https://apptail.io/app/my-straight-talk-mobile-app-IxX/united-states) - [AirTalk Wireless](https://apptail.io/app/airtalk-wireless-indb/united-states) - [My Account by TruConnect](https://apptail.io/app/my-account-by-truconnect-kuBb/united-states) - [tryCricket by Cricket Wireless](https://apptail.io/app/trycricket-by-cricket-wireless-bQlc/united-states) - [AirVoice Wireless](https://apptail.io/app/airvoice-wireless-rOIf/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
