eCompliance – Safety App

This has to be the worst app on my phone. Between the completely ridiculous security requirements, auto log out, slow loading, and glitchy interface I've repeatedly asked for my company to ditch this company altogether.

The app is very easy to use and much better than pen and paper. In the event I’ve had any issues their support team has been really strong and gets a response and solution back quite quickly. Customer Success Coach is really nice and always super helpful. I’ve worked with other HSE softwares and I think eCompliance is the best I’ve used. Would definitely recommend to other companies and HSE departments.

The more updates they do seem to cause more issues with submitting forms. Not as user friendly as it was 2 years ago. My list of problems is growing by the week. Support team can work on their customer service skills, I don’t like emailing support and getting the same reply email back to me asking the same questions. This app is starting to lose me.

Please change the photo uploading process, make it so that multiple pictures can be selected at once for upload rather than doing one at a time.

Hard to fill our fields, screen jumps all over the place when you’re trying to fill out forms, very poor operation in UI

Forms I've done on my iPhone do not show up on my recently purchased iPad. Also the view doesn't show properly when iPad is sideways. Please fix thank you!

We use this for our company iPads and it seems to work a lot faster than some other inspection programs we've tried. The other ones were clunky and slow on our older iPads! Well done!!!

I love this app simply for the amount of paperwork I DON'T need to do anymore, but tagging my location and being able to include photos has also been very useful.

A truly integrated inspection solution for business has been long overdue. The ability to instantaneously submit an inspection to head office is awesome! I no longer have to wait weeks to get forms from the field.
