Ecosia: Search to plant trees

Feels great that my web searches contribute to tree plantings! Sometimes the image search is better on other platforms but my go to browser has been Ecosia for over a decade now and they are constantly improving it too.

I love the fact you are planting trees for Searching please continue to help the earth❤️

After the major update either last year or in 2020 my search tree count reset from 35,980 back to 0. Now every time I reach 376 it resets back to 0. I’m not changing settings or anything? So why is it doing this. And losing a search COUNT OF 36,000 really?? C’mon why’s it doing this??

If only so many other web based companies could do so much for the planet we all share! Congratulations to Ecosia on becoming a carbon negative business and keep up the fantastic work you are doing for humanity's only home. I started using Ecosia when the trees planted count was only around 35 million and I love to watch the count growing, as well as reading all about the places and communities you are helping. May your karma continue to grow!

An easy way to help an important cause a little bit everyday.

I’ve enjoyed this app as I know I’m doing good from my my own home and that is amazing, but when I updated it deleted my saved sites, my history, all tabs, everything as if I had only just installed the search engine. Not too happy about that...

It has a great clean look, which I like, but is sort of hard to navigate. Maybe I’m used to using Chrome and Safari, but I find it hard to manage tabs and search up items. The keyboard also is strange to type on.

Just start using. 👍🏼 love the idea of planting tree. And the browser is really nice, clean and pretty design, simple to used. Really big thump up guys!

Literally making a change purely from searching on the internet, and the browser itself is really good too. Everybody should be using this
