It’s the best 🩵 The only reason why a star was deducted is because- Please Ecosia, Include the function for “translating the page”!!!!!! Translating a site is soooo important and so incredibly convenient as a tool… and it’s the only feature I always miss after I switched to ecosia … so, please please please 🙈
Searching with an impact
I’ve been using Ecosia for a while and I’m very satisfied, the app runs smoothly (and the team is responsive if there are bugs), they don’t track you and they use their money for a good cause Thank you !
Just as good as any other search engine
Ecosia is just as good as any other search engine, has so many useful features, and plants trees at the same time!
Verschillende url’s lopen vast
Na een hele tijd tevreden te zijn, begin ik Ecosia minder te gebruiken. URL’s die in m’n favorieten staan, lopen vast. Ik krijg steeds de vraag of ik cookies wil aanvaarden. Ook al klik ik op ok, toch herlaadt de pagina onmiddellijk en krijg ik opnieuw de vraag of ik cookies wil aanvaarden, enz, … (vooral problemen op ‘autogids.nl’) Sites zoals ‘bikester’ en ‘bikeexchange’ lopen, na het laden van hun beginscherm, onmiddellijk vast. Een extra filter op de zoekresultaten zetten lukt niet meer :( Via DuckDuckGo lukt alles wel nog, dus vermoed ik dat het aan Ecosia ligt.

Weinig verschil meer met het alom gekende “zoek” werkwoord. Tijd dat we de term veranderen voor de bewuste surfer vb. => even “cosyen”
