And often just freezes needed rebooting. This needs urgent developer attention -- Mr Mo., 2025-01-12 ### *---- "App keeps freezing" Great radiators, however last update, my second radiator logged, I can’t control it. Very annoying to navigate to control my heating. Also takes a long time to try and schedule timers by a graph chart. -- Gold444, 2025-01-11 ### *---- "App barley works" The app barely works in its current state and I can’t change my heating settings or set schedules any more… really frustrating for expensive radiators -- Harlzy22, 2025-01-09 ### *---- "Awful app!" Very glitchy, and lacks functionality. -- pjpops, 2025-01-03 ### *---- "Slow, glitchy and errored" Feels like built Ona shoestring. UI poor. Response time slow. Times appear incorrectly on one screen and correct on the other. -- Workitwill, 2025-01-02 ### *---- "App stops working" App just seems to have stopped functioning properly giving the radiators a mins of their own. It freezes, glitches and slows down making programming almost impossible and making the entire heating system stressful to use. Please sort the app out!!! -- e_hopkins22, 2024-12-22 ### *---- "Loses device connection" Just not easy , still cannot get it to hold connection to app after initial setup and no longer in proximity . Have to reconnect .. something not right -- MazzCoe, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "Useless" Needs major updating, so slow and mostly impossible to create a programme or do anything for that matter, practically useless! -- Useless to say the least, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Confusing" Really hard to understand! No videos online about this updated app to help you. Unable to figure out the difference between manual and programmed. Seems to want to be on all the time or not at all. Took 4.5hr to put my living room up to 17.5 couldn’t get it to the target temperature. not user friendly. -- Perrylover1993, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Unreliable" Just can’t trust the app, it has a mind of its own and ends costing more for heating. So wish I’d read the reviews before buying. -- Sx to Phx, 2024-12-13 [View all Ecostrad Ecosystem reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Ecostrad Ecosystem Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/ecostrad-ecosystem-kzKe/united-kingdom) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/ecostrad-ecosystem-kzKe/ireland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/ecostrad-ecosystem-kzKe/france) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
