Luckily, I spoke with a guy in customer service and he helped me, as I should received two unique codes for my gas and electric which I didn’t receive. I then saw that I couldn’t view the amount on my account to what I’d got in the gas and electric account - I do believe a new update needs to happen to customers can view the balance on their account. Payments fail to go through, even though the bank recognizes the funds being transferred, and the lack of details regarding at least the account into which the payment is meant to go, prior to it being attempted, feels like a shot in the dark, blindfolded.
