Déçue un grand regret

Les personnes aveugles apprécient ces aspirateurs robots laveur. Malheureusement les utilisations sont limitées, car l’application c’est peu utilisable avec VoiceOver (lecteur d’ecran vocal). Est-ce posible d’améliorer cela pour les prochaines maj?

Matériaux de qualité, nettoie et aspire très bien mais que l’appareillage ,installation de l’application fut difficile, bon retour du help desk que se soit par téléphone ou imail,mais aucune explication, réinitialisation na fonctionner , la réinitialisation a fonctionner seulement lorsque le robot était en veille et non pas allumer comme expliquer dans les explications . Son seul défauts que je lui trouve c’est sa tour contenant sont laser qui plus haute, du coup il ne passe pas en-dessous de certain meuble alors que mon ancien robot le faisait .

After the app update the app is constantly remind me to change the dust bag at the charge station. The problem is - I don’t have this special charge station with dust bags etc, I have the simplest one. I have not changed anything in the app, it became automatic after the update. Please advise how to turn off those notifications, they start tu bug me….

lots of bugs and no once cares for years

I have been saving just to buy this machine and unfortunately i end up buying a stolen one online. The problem is the app doesnt work on them and i called the customer service told me cuz its stolen the app wont work. Its a beautiful machine but unfortunately the customer is the victim in this situation but i cant complain money is gone and i wont experience this amazing machine🥲 should've bought a new one

Didn’t work at all Connection times out, loses connection. Loses the map. Can’t find back the charging station. Nothing is working as it should Absolutely useless

We bought this top of the line vacuum robot. And I am constantly irritated by it! Once it decides it needs to return to station - which is several times per cleaning- there’s no overriding that command. So cleaning just one floor of our house takes the better part of a day, with multiple trips up and down stairs to re-charge it. The other day it refused to clean even though the charge level was at 99%. I’m disappointed.
