Constantly loosing bot location and does stop cleaning prompting return to the station… and cannot find the station even when a few cm away from it. Zone cleaning is useless as it doesn’t work. Please focus on solving basics before adding fancy stuff like 3D… For the price of the bot, this is unacceptable.

lots of bugs and no once cares for years

I have been saving just to buy this machine and unfortunately i end up buying a stolen one online. The problem is the app doesnt work on them and i called the customer service told me cuz its stolen the app wont work. Its a beautiful machine but unfortunately the customer is the victim in this situation but i cant complain money is gone and i wont experience this amazing machine🥲 should've bought a new one

Très mauvaise application

Didn’t work at all Connection times out, loses connection. Loses the map. Can’t find back the charging station. Nothing is working as it should Absolutely useless

We bought this top of the line vacuum robot. And I am constantly irritated by it! Once it decides it needs to return to station - which is several times per cleaning- there’s no overriding that command. So cleaning just one floor of our house takes the better part of a day, with multiple trips up and down stairs to re-charge it. The other day it refused to clean even though the charge level was at 99%. I’m disappointed.

The software is awful. I regret I bought it every time I use it. It gets stuck when it moves from the rug to the wooden floor. The software is a joke. My previous robot, a Neato from 9 years ago, was way better. My worst buy ever.

For going back to station should be calculate some more time because it is often running out of battery just before station.
