ECOVACS HOME debuts! With awesome connected features, our latest App allows you to control your DEEBOT anytime, anywhere, and takes your cleaning experience to a new level.

By connecting to your DEEBOT, you can: 
• Start, pause, or stop cleaning
• Set a regular cleaning schedule
• Set voice report, suction power, and Do-Not-Disturb time*
• Receive notifications from your Wi-Fi enabled robot*
• Share DEEBOT with your friends through multiple accounts*
• Receive software and firmware updates*
• Access instruction manuals, video tutorials and FAQs, and contact customer service

And you can do much more with your advanced mapping DEEBOT (powered by Smart Navi™ Technology):
• Set up Virtual Boundary™ to create no-go zones*
• Use Custom Cleaning to customize any cleaning area you want*
• View real-time stats from the visual map of your home, areas cleaned, and cleaning time*
• Adjust water flow level when DEEBOT is mopping (Robots with mopping function only)*

Plus, you can control your DEEBOT with simple commands through Amazon Alexa and Google Home**.

The application service requires the following permissions on your phone. For optional permissions, if they are not accessed, the related features will not be available, but it will not affect the basic using of the App.

-Location: Used for device networking, discovering nearby devices, and obtaining WiFi information currently connected to the mobile device.
-Camera: Scan the QR code on the Robot for networking, and scan the sharing code for device sharing.
-Photos and Videos(Storage): Used for changing profile pictures, posting image comments, and online customer service providing feedback via images.
-Microphone: Audio and video call feature for customer service and Robot Video Manager.
-Bluetooth: Used for connecting devices via Bluetooth, enabling network configuration and robot controlling.
-Nearby Devices: Used for scanning and discovering nearby Bluetooth devices during network configuration.
-WLAN: Used for connecting to the Wi-Fi hotspot emitted by the device for network configuration.
-Notifications: Used for sending device and system notification messages to users.
-Local Network: Used to enable local network access on iOS devices, allowing connection to the Wi-Fi hotspot released by the device during network configuration.
-Music and audio: Audio and video call feature for customer service and Robot Video Manager.

Les personnes aveugles apprécient ces aspirateurs robots laveur. Malheureusement les utilisations sont limitées, car l’application c’est peu utilisable avec VoiceOver (lecteur d’ecran vocal).
Est-ce posible d’améliorer cela pour les prochaines maj?

Matériaux de qualité, nettoie et aspire très bien mais que l’appareillage ,installation de l’application fut difficile, bon retour du help desk que se soit par téléphone ou imail,mais aucune explication, réinitialisation na fonctionner , la réinitialisation a fonctionner seulement lorsque le robot était en veille et non pas allumer comme expliquer dans les explications .
Son seul défauts que je lui trouve c’est sa tour contenant sont laser qui plus haute, du coup il ne passe pas en-dessous de certain meuble alors que mon ancien robot le faisait .

After the app update the app is constantly remind me to change the dust bag at the charge station. The problem is - I don’t have this special charge station with dust bags etc, I have the simplest one. I have not changed anything in the app, it became automatic after the update. Please advise how to turn off those notifications, they start tu bug me….

I have been saving just to buy this machine and unfortunately i end up buying a stolen one online.
The problem is the app doesnt work on them and i called the customer service told me cuz its stolen the app wont work. Its a beautiful machine but unfortunately the customer is the victim in this situation but i cant complain money is gone and i wont experience this amazing machine🥲 should've bought a new one

We bought this top of the line vacuum robot. And I am constantly irritated by it!
Once it decides it needs to return to station - which is several times per cleaning- there’s no overriding that command. So cleaning just one floor of our house takes the better part of a day, with multiple trips up and down stairs to re-charge it. The other day it refused to clean even though the charge level was at 99%.
I’m disappointed.

The vacuums work great!
We have a big house with 2 kids and with lots of animals. So it gets dirty very quickly. 
I do need to maintain the vacuum with every cleaning route, but it saves me a lot of time keeping my house presentable. Love my 2 little helpers. The only ones in my house that leave it better then they find it. 
It’s not a replacement for cleaning with water but that was never the intention. It does limit the amount of dust in the house.
Love that you can choose the rooms it cleans!
