Map Error & Always Offline
Please fix!! Previously nothing like this happen, connecting to my both phone is ok, but now after reset, the robot in one device appears online but in the other one is offline and vice versa. This is so frustrating!!

Update need for OS 16.2

Apps is useless
Robot cleans very well, but the apps is very confusing everytime we use. Failed to upload data, map is gone, data is gone, most of the time... dont know exactly why the provide with app as it is useless, and finally just push the button, the robot will do the job

Senang nya ada alat secanggih ini …sekarang udah ga cape lg nyapu ngepel krna sudah punya deebot N8
Location Services Bug
Baru beli, langsung ga bisa digunakan. Karena untuk add device selalu muncul notif enable location service yang mana di pengaturan tidak muncul untuk setting location servicenya si aplikasi. Tolong segera diperbaiki, karena sudha keluar uang lumayan tetapi tidak bisa digunakan.
