I cannot get the app to connect to the ring. I cannot download the QR code. So i downloaded the app through the APP store. Now it won’t recognize the ring. I was so excited. The ring is comfortable and it looks nice. 
I really wanted to like it. But it won’t connect. I can’t use it.

### ****- "GREAT PRODUCT BUT NEEDS IMPORTANT UODATES ASAP"
I mainly bought this ring to monitor my blood pressure and sleep.  The blood pressure and other factors that the ring measures are pretty accurate except for the sleep function.  It only measures when you go to sleep and when you awaken; the problem is that most people with sleep problems get up several times during the night which often results in napping.  This additional sleep is not monitored by the ring, so you don’t get an accurate reflection of exactly how much sleep you achieve got.  Also, please update the app so weight can be inputted manually; currently, the app is very difficult to enter your correct weight.  Thank you.

Let me start off by saying that I typically don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to this app. Seeing as the app is rated at 1.9 currently does do it justice. So here’s my review. Everything that this app says it can track, it has. I has accurately tracked my sleep, blood pressure, stress level, and exercise. I can say this because I have tracked all these areas with different methods and obtained the same results.

The only reason why I didn’t give this app 5 stars is because I believe there is always room for improvement.

Sleep monitoring not accurate. I can’t log in it’s too buggy. Can’t change weight to pounds, and can’t change height to feet and inches.  App needs a lot of fixes. About to send it back.

On the front side, everything is in English and it says English is one of the languages this app supports, but I don’t see how to change it from Chinese, and I also don’t see how to change from KG and CM to United States measurements.

Made sure the app was updated and the firmware to the ring was updated; tried all fixes possible and the app hasn’t taken any information from the ring in a month. At this point, it’s just for fashion purposes.

Every time I try to change the unit measurement setting from English to imperial, and from Celsius to Fahrenheit, the changes never save. There’s no save button, and when I click back and then go back into unit measurements section you can watch the changes I made switch back. Very annoying. First off, my expectations weren’t very high. The price, unfamiliarity with ring technology and the fact that I don’t like wearing rings all lowered my expectations from the get go. With that being said, let’s begin. The ring is very light and comfortable. No irritating sharp edges. Charging case is very nice. From my initial testing, it’s been accurate. Blood pressure readings were best spot on. Battery life is decent. You’ll get about 3-4 days before needing to charge. It looks very good. Now here is where things gets a bit disappointing. The only thing that appears to sync data for Apple Health is the Steps.  The blood pressure and heart rate doesn’t appear in the data sources however steps do appear. I suggest that the developer of the ECTRi app work on those integrations for Apple Health and all other pertinent reading categories that aligns with Apple Health. However the iBand app works with this ring and has these features. Or am l missing something that turns on these functions? Developers please let me know as I’d like to fix this because if not then I may be returning this ring sadly.

The app captures data from the ring just fine. But the display of the sleep breakdown needs improvement. All the stats are displayed on top of the line item description, so you can’t read it. Also, when selecting manual weight, the pounds only displays the 1st number. Please fix this as this makes it difficult to adequately use the app.
