I have never wrote a review for anything, given the fact how bad this app is I needed to. I uninstalled about 10 times after getting multiple error messages with the dinosaur. Then it says enter app security code then back to error did that for the past month. Now I have logged in finally but watch it completely break down once I log out and try to log back in again

The EdenRed Restaurant Ticket app is hands down the most irritating and frustrating app I've ever had to use. From constant crashes to an incredibly confusing user interface, it seems like this app was designed to test my patience. Transactions fail randomly, and the loading times are unbearable. I’ve had to re-enter my information multiple times, only for the app to freeze or log me out without warning. It’s beyond me how a company that handles something as important as meal vouchers can’t seem to get their app working properly. Avoid it if you can—this app is more trouble than it’s worth.

This is probably the slowest app I have ever used. Checking your balance should be lightning fast, however be prepared to spend 30 seconds just for the app to open.

Why bother with this app don’t waste your time. Any time you log on you get to view a cartoon dinosaur with a message saying service unavailable at the moment. Has been doing this for at least 3 months and I am unable to check the balance of my card. Needs resolving shortly as lost all faith in this company.

Transactions never show, have no way to contact support via app, and there is no way to view account transactions via a website either, makes managing expenses very difficult.

I’ve used the Edenred app in Sweden and the USA and they both work better than the UK app. Why have different apps for different countries? Make one and make it good.

I’m sure the app is really good as other reviews highlight. However I can say that the app is localised to the region of the App Store. What I mean is I like in Spain but have all my Apple stuff on a UK Apple ID, and this doesn’t work for a Spanish EdenRed account.
