Have spent hours and I mean hours, on the phone with one of their staff trying to get all to synchronise. Even the staff, whist really nice not given correct info to get things to work. In the past have had my electrician waiting for 6hrs to do a connection, only to find that EDF hadn’t organised their staff to be in attendance, which was mandatory, for the job being done. Visits from third party Contractors to organise things not needed, ie fit gas meter, when a new meter had been only been fitted the month before. It allows readings to be provided and previous bills to be reviewed. It is possible to view and changes tariffs via the app. Previous bills are also viewable. That all works great. The only problem for EDF relates to the lack of information about smart meter gas usage. All the electricity information is viewable but not the gas info.
