Since the last Update, the ability to submit a meter reading has disappeared
Updated all the time with no changes. Unable to submit a reading on iPhone 12 running iOS 17.7.2 not that New Year’s Day and price rise cap isn’t important or anything.

Total time with EDF is nothing but headaches IHD doesn’t work, not able to connect both gas and electricity to IHD, to enable it to be read both meters, only shows electricity WHEN is does work. Have spent hours and I mean hours, on the phone with one of their staff trying to get all to synchronise. Even the staff, whist really nice not given correct info to get things to work. In the past have had my electrician waiting for 6hrs to do a connection, only to find that EDF hadn’t organised their staff to be in attendance, which was mandatory, for the job being done. Visits from third party Contractors to organise things not needed, ie fit gas meter, when a new meter had been only been fitted the month before. What’s a joke, if you didn’t laugh, you’d Cry.
Having to give meter readings…..still! Because every time I ask for an engineer to sort my meter I just get fobbed off with another excuse.lame customer service!!!
I have been a customer for years. Sometimes my app works and sometimes it doesn’t. Today it didn’t. So i had to delete it and reinstall it. Its not good enough when this is the only contact we have with our energy provider
12 months and you still can’t get it right

Stop hassling me to get a dumb meter, I don’t ever want one thanks - droids.
Still waiting to see meter data on the app. Also, EDF used to send quarterly letters regarding export readings. That’s all gone as well. The service is not what I’d expect from a company earning millions in profit.
