The app generates one time authentication. Once I accept it rolls for almost one minute. Then it gives a message AUTHENTICATION DECLINED. it would mention that you took time to authenticate which is always not true. Also it doesn’t have option to block and order another card. Every time you have to phone the contact centre. If the card is lost in the evening means someone can use it on the malls that closes at 8pm. This app needs a serious update/ upgrade to have user friendly features. Also the card doesn’t have a pin who is another high risk. Why have a pin on Edgar’s card but it’s not there on RCS CARD. Currently I’m unhappy with this inconvenience with both Edgar’s and RCS apps.
