What a fiasco trying to download my tickets. Not happy whatsoever.

Honestly I’m not sure how you managed to create such a useless app, but you did and a year later it’s still rubbish

Terrible app. Have to log in 2 to 3 times to retrieve tickets. Then log in on website and back in the app to get them in the account.

Has to be one of the worst app out there. Tickets are not updated in the app and i was on hold at customer care fro 15 mins. Pathetic after charging 60 GBP for the tickets

The app logged me off as I arrived for a match. Could not log on again without a long queue. Had to queue up at ticket office and get tickets printed.

Can get the tickets online showing in the app even showing after a month game finished

I brought two tickets for a match. The App only shows one of the tickets I brought. I couldn’t find the other ticket anywhere on the app. Luckily I downloaded the two tickets at purchase, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to attend the game with my friend.

My friend has bought four tickets for upcoming test match and none of them appear on our individual phones?

Have bought tickets, but the app doesnt show up and ask to login and password again after entering. Bad user experience
