So difficult to get a response from anyone when trying to sell on a ticket. Nil response

Greedy

Over £8 per pint for a test match after charging over £100 entry

Hopeless! All I got was blank screens when used at the ground

Downloaded the app to use for tickets and ordering drinks, food etc but it was, at best, poor and at its worst completely useless and frustrating. Just blank screens on every option. On Day 5 of the Ashes test it wouldn’t even work to share tickets when we were at the hotel with good wifi. They kept announcing at the ground that you could use it to report bad behaviour via the customer services link on it but there was no such link showing on the app. Maybe it works when the ground is empty!??

Not all tickets showing

I don’t like this app at all. It only shows one of the tickets I have purchased for tomorrow’s Ashes game and so we are going to have to print them from the online account. Rubbish.

Error

Keep getting an error message to say I don’t have the right level of authorisation, won’t let me log out & isn’t showing purchased tickets.
