Looking for a charging station to recharge your car? D'Ieteren Energy provides you
with instant access to over 600,000 charging points across Europe via our user-
friendly platform.
This app is for those who still have an old EDI charging card or a new card with LMS
as the provider (this is the case if the Mbrella logo does not appear on your card).
With this app, you can easily:
• Search for charging stations nearby
Search by city, postal code, or charging station number. Use the search list
for an overview of the stations currently available to you.
• View your transaction history
All your previous transactions are displayed clearly. Search, filter, and

App werkt langs geen kanten, vanaf 50% moet je al beginnen zoeken, anders kom je in de problemen. Blossom 100x beter. Ga naar Blossom.
CarPlay
Il serait fort intéressant de rendre l’app accessible via CarPlay ! Encore quelques améliorations nécessaires.

Weinig beschikbaarheid Portugal
Deze app geeft zéér weinig beschikbare laadpalen weer in Portugal! In de tijd waar de elektrische wagens gepromoot worden mag een app als deze wel een goede beschikbaarheid geven over héél Europa zodat deze ook op vakantie kan worden gebruikt!!!
Slow, buggy & incorrect info
App is slow and buggy. E.g. map takes forever to load. Pop-up screen of a charging station never closes on the first attempt. Rage clicking and force quit are usually the most common solutions to do anything in the app. Also, information on available charging stations is not always correct. I’ve seen many “available” stations in the app, while they were occupied irl, and vice versa. Very annoying, the app almost makes me reconsider my decision to choose Edi.
Testing?
Do you test your app? When you click on a charge station on the map, it opens an expanded menu which is not closable… it requires a force close at the moment. The search is broken too, should be better to search based on the location than searching in the US or Canada when I’m based in Belgium, it will be kind of challenging to go that far with a 300km car. But UI refresh is nice and loading times are better 👍

Slechte app, maar ook vooral slechte service. Onze laadpaal ging plots offline binnen de wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar, maar ze weigeren deze gratis te komen herstellen.
