So frustrating and keep missing out on classes. Please improve this app! -- Daisy-princess, 2025-06-28 ### *---- "Awful" Pretty useless. Can’t find a pool timetable. Instead of an update improving this app, it’s regressive. Waste of time -- lafcreates, 2025-06-03 ### *---- "Hopeless" The app was never great but is now hopeless. Trying to work out when a swimming pool is available to go for a swim is now effectively impossible. -- Deegeee, 2025-04-11 ### *---- "Just when you thought it was safe to get back in the water" Well they have outdone themselves this time updating one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. This update has managed to make a bad app even more useless. Don’t try to find the swim timetable let alone try using it ( unless you have hours to spare ) If ever there was a case of overdoing something to make it worse This would win all day long Love my swimming in the Victorian Pool and wish the Victorians still ran it. -- bawbag1962, 2025-04-04 ### *---- "Absolutely abysmal" It’s just a wrapper around the website, which is already extremely poor. I’m in the app being asked to download the mobile app. -- gigantic-slug, 2024-12-15 ### *---- "Awful" Clearly wasn’t tested before launch. It’s completely useless forcing you to use the slightly better website but the fact that’s it’s a website makes equally awful -- Kilo4, 2024-09-17 ### *---- "Payment confirmed and deducted from account but app says balance outstanding" Paid for a court booking, received email confirmation and transaction was apparent in bank. Turned up to venue who said I have no booking. Now my account says outstanding and won’t let me book anything. Emailed their customer service and they acknowledged the email but never fixed the issue. -- mimihattoriny, 2024-09-14 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" The app keeps sending me back to the App Store to download the app. I give up. Has anyone actually tested this app?? -- SusieJQ, 2024-09-10 ### **--- "Terrible" Gave it two stars because it looks pretty, but it’s fairly useless so far. I just wanted to log in and upgrade my membership but that’s proved impossible. Also annoying, because I had to log in twice as to buy a membership the app just sends you to the EL site in the app window. The broken EL site, which won’t let me continue to payment. -- jez_241, 2024-05-20 [View all EdinLeisure reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## EdinLeisure Discovered Keywords -
