However it is not connecting this last year and I wasted so much time to try connect over and over and back and forth with customer support without any substantial solution. Ugh I’m so fed up - I was loving it for long but think it is time to look for another brand sadly -- Crazy Cyber Cat, 2024-02-11 ### ***** "Wonderful Product + Company!" I recently purchased a SmallGarden and am delighted with the results! This compact, innovative gardening solution has completely transformed my urban living experience. Even as a novice gardener, I found the SmallGarden incredibly user-friendly. The quality of the plants and the care they receive in the SmallGarden is truly impressive. My herbs have never looked so vibrant and healthy. The automated watering and nutrient delivery system ensures that my plants get exactly what they need, when they need it, leading to a bountiful harvest. Lastly, the customer support provided by edn is exceptional. They are readily available to answer questions and provide assistance, which makes the whole gardening experience even more enjoyable. All in all, end’s SmallGarden is a game-changer for anyone looking to bring the joys of gardening into their urban life. -- Banana12234, 2023-09-12 ### ***** "Great customer service" Like everyone else (and like all IOS apps), I’ve experienced some app issues, but their customer service was super helpful in getting the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. I’ve also had a lot of success in planting my pods outside! The time released plant food within the pod is next to none. -- TStrawnS, 2023-09-12 ### ***** "Simple, easy to use" The Edn is a slick design that looks great on the counter. It’s fun to watch your pods germinate and grow without the hassle of potting or guessing. The app itself is simple to use and makes being a plant person easy! -- mckenziestrawn, 2023-09-12 ### ***** "Love the product" I love my SmallGarden! My wife and I have used ours for a while now and it has not disappointed us yet. We love having fresh basil and flowers all year round. The app is also very helpful in that it provides us with helpful growing tips for each plant, and it’s seamless how the lights operate on a schedule and provides us with notifications when we need to put more water in the garden. Would highly recommend this product to a avid gardener or anyone who likes to cook! -- thecarsonator, 2023-09-12 ### *---- "Defective" It doesn’t show the device -- Shahrouzalimo, 2023-07-22 ### *---- "Dysfunctional app" This app used to work okay. But when I tried to reuse it after 1 year of hiatus it is now not allowing me to add a new garden unless it’s through Apple HomeKit and I don’t have any Apple devices to create a hub. Wish it wouldn’t default to it like that. It’s essentially unusable now. -- joyy07, 2023-03-20 ### *---- "Crashes when setting up constantly" I was gifted this $200 grow box months ago and have not been able to set it up fully after many hours of research and attempts. I ended up having to plug this in right next to my 2.4ghz router and each attempt gets a little further before it crashes and makes you start over and I finally got this device recognized and added to my home kit but the edn app won’t allow it to be added, gives me error codes like “make sure its plugged in” . I would have thrown this away a long time ago except for the fact it cost someone a small fortune to gift to me. I’m an avid gardener, I set up my whole house with smart lights, this should be easy but it’s the most frustrating waste of money that won’t work. I have $50 fully contained grow boxes w lights that are far superior to this. -- Lswhfyug, 2023-01-08 ### *---- "Great idea but under the hood it’s a scam" I want to love this thing. It grows well and looks nice however there are many issues with the overall product and service… -Alerts for low water don’t work -If device disconnects or needs to be reset you lose the growth tracking progress -Limited selection of herbs. What about some basic things like cilantro which are available for other similar products? I know you can buy the grow your own pods but the whole idea of this thing is to make things simple not have you shop around for multiple items and experiment with what works and what doesn’t - the connection between the app and the website for account management is horrible and amateurish. This is not hard if you have in house devs and they know basic app development - the automatic reorder service is supposedly based on the growth rate of your pods but this is completely false. If I grow only 2 pods out of 10 slots it wil still automatically send a whole new order. Seems to be more on a fixed time period than anything tge app does - the biggest scam of all is the lack of any reasonable way to adjust, delay or cancel your membership. Tried going in from the app, from the website, contacted support. I was able to update once using backhanded instructions. Let me login, click manage membership and adjust the timing of my next order!! Overall this concept is so simple yet the company has failed to make the implementation simple. Do not buy! If you just bought, return it! -- bye bye siggy bye bye, 2022-12-09 [View all ēdn reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to ēdn - [Eve für Matter & HomeKit](https://apptail.io/app/eve-fur-matter-homekit-UCf/united-states) - [Home+ 6](https://apptail.io/app/home-6-zWg/united-states) - [Nanoleaf](https://apptail.io/app/nanoleaf-aQh/united-states) - [HomeCam for HomeKit](https://apptail.io/app/homecam-for-homekit-pgH/united-states) - [FIBARO for HomeKit Devices](https://apptail.io/app/fibaro-for-homekit-devices-qgH/united-states) - [HomePass for HomeKit & Matter](https://apptail.io/app/homepass-for-homekit-matter-rgH/united-states) - [Onelink Home by First Alert](https://apptail.io/app/onelink-home-by-first-alert-tgH/united-states) - [LARQ](https://apptail.io/app/larq-scL/united-states) - [EKG Updater](https://apptail.io/app/ekg-updater-Bzdb/united-states) - [Vestaboard](https://apptail.io/app/vestaboard-Jgvc/united-states) ## ēdn Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/azerbaijan) - [Barbados](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/barbados) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/egypt) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/united-kingdom) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/hong-kong) - [Honduras](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/honduras) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/indonesia) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/japan) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/lebanon) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/malaysia) - [Namibia](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/namibia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/nigeria) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/pakistan) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/singapore) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/senegal) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/ukraine) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/venezuela) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/edn-qyRk/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
