Rubbish App - Please fix
Keeps crashing. Very unresponsive. Slow. Can only open basic assemblies. Please update this app to a state that it is useable.

eDrawings® is the only CAD viewer on iPad, iPad mini, iPhone and iPod Touch that allows you to view native eDrawings files as well as native SolidWorks® parts, assemblies and drawings files. In addition, eDrawings allows convenient viewing of DWG and DXF files.
eDrawings includes Augmented Reality (AR). This allows you to view your 3D models in 1:1 scale into the real world. eDrawings is the email-enabled communication tool that dramatically eases sharing of product design information. Multi-touch gestures let you pan, zoom, and rotate models easily. eDrawings also supports configurations, drawing sheets, and exploded views for eDrawings files published from SolidWorks® and all other supported CAD software.

Awaiting the update
I was delighted to see this App appear. I've downloaded some of our Companys' designs onto the iPad for future review with customers. However, I am expecting the features available when you right-click a part on the PC to be imminently available on the App. If you can't hide, isolate or make transparent, the components in an assembly, the App is effectively useless. Also, the maximum file size that can be opened needs to be increased. An 8mb assembly throws me out of the App. I'm looking forward to these necessary modifications. Now that you've whet our appetite, please hurry with the useful version.
eDrawing for iPad
I felt cheated that I paid €1.50 for an app that's useless as a CAD tool, or for sharing design info with clients/colleagues. All this app does is allow the user to spin and pan around an assembly and view an exploded view (if the model original had it in the native format). There isn't the ability to make components hidden, transparent or measure. I was expecting the complete eDrawings PC OS usability and I'm very disappointed. Don't waste you money in buying this. I'd expect more in a free content version of another app. Shane Ward, Ireland
