First time booking online
You do seem to have all under control but my control will be having my boarding pass in my hand and confirm 5A is indeed a window seat. Would also at least have to be provided some water or juice on the flight. Also the airlink website is more difficult than yours -to get the control list of the Check in items,would be nice on my phone -last time I was flying was in 2010 internationally-so this feels like a new baby I’m very anxious. But you and airlink made it superb! I was informed of 6 minutes delayed but my best surprise was the invite to the slow lounge -it is definitely something we all should have the pleasure to -we felt special and were treated special more than enough personnel to direct you on which way you should go and my window seat was excellent The plane was full but your personnel on airlink handled it like professionals (even with the children keep on putting the airheads/pots of prior to take off-they just wait for the stewardess to leave put it on again and she did very professionally reminded them to take it off ! The snack served on a short flight was special and airlink we are proud flying with you -from now on I would look for reasons and destinations just to be up on the air and going to safe Money just for this wonderful experience again (which was to short but lovely-I did my booking on line trough eDreams via my phone and my struggle was your system to get my passward reset(just to get to the same process and if I want to look at the Sms for the pin your process start as if I’m a new client and then you send me a new pin and it said it expired I must get a new reset pin ….after two hours I just gave up and was assisted by eDreams within less than 15 minutes (remember a widow and pensioner can be learned but uses a phone and not book or computer to check the reset pin and via the phone will have a new peocess to complete (even my iPhone 8 pluss got limitations!1 Kind Regarda Susarra Matthysen (Saartjie)
