## EducationCU Mobile Reviews in United States

### **--- "App Never Works"
Always updating their system and it never loads
-- thetxhippie, 2025-09-24

### *---- "Rarely works"
Always “in monthly processing” and can never access the app when I need it and all transactions take forever to post. Worthless app, worthless “bank”
-- suckmydak666, 2025-05-31

### **--- "Not a great banking app"
This app only allows us to access our account info half of the time. It seems that’s it’s constantly being “updated” and displays “cannot display account information”. There have been a few emergencies where I’ve needed to see my account info and have not been able to access it.
-- Robert_Auth97, 2024-10-16

### ***** "Love there app"
I can see what I spend and wat gets charged. Thank you
-- Chiquis@1, 2024-06-16

### ***** "Clearly the best"
Long time customer and member, I think the highest praise I could give is I wouldn’t go anywhere else…they simply the best! I’m all in till the end.
-- PRKeener, 2024-06-07

### ***** "App review"
Good app
-- pj7265, 2024-05-01

### ***** "Best place in town."
Always super helpful, friendly!
-- ScottyD6286, 2024-02-06

### **--- "Unreliable"
This app used to work perfectly. Something changed around December 2022 or January 2023. Now the app hangs up when it is first opened and only displays a red screen or it appears to be loading with a continual “Please Wait” message until it produces an error message. This is inconvenient when you need to check a balance or transfer money. It has me thinking I need to look at another bank.
-- LJBlack91, 2023-06-06

### ***** "Best Ever!"
The ECU is absolutely the best bank ever! They always go above and beyond to take care of their members!
-- Tjmorela, 2023-03-18

### ***** "App not to good"
App is okay but for some reason it’s always down an it happens at the most convenient times . I can understand if it’s down once a month but it’s down multiple times a week.
