I am also unable to raise a support ticket through the app, and I cannot generate reports either. This has been very frustrating and needs to be resolved. A couple weeks back I got a call saying I have to redeem my investment because they’re not getting enough business for the investment so they are discontinuing it. The app is so difficult I didn’t have any option to redeem. So I called them back and they told me delete the app and we will give you another link. I did it and then they told me delete your account on that app. So I downloaded it again and deleted my account. Then they told me I have to create an account all over again including submitting the bank and identity docs. Then mid way that wasn’t going through because they’re needed the same bank account I used last time. Something I couldn’t see after deleting my account. so they told me they will get back to me about which bank account it is. I haven’t heard from them for more than a week now. Everytime you talk to them they say they will call back but im usually the one calling back to follow up. Not something you want from a platform handling your finances.
