## EduPay Payroll Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Shocking"
I’ve never ever ever had to work with a worst app or website. Could be weeks before I can access my pay checks or important documents.
Is so so bad. I honestly hope my company chooses another app for the future
-- Laurncowslfnawlgk, 2024-11-20

### *---- "Session expired"
Whenever I login to the app it always says session expired and I have to sign in and make a new pin every time
-- Hoppie2234, 2024-10-17

### *---- "Rubbish"
This app is not iphone friendly in format
-- kevofkent, 2024-10-01

### *---- "A bad app that will cost you money if your not careful."
The developers claim it’s an award winning app, if they put effort into making the app work instead of printing their own award certificates, you might get a working app.
I’ve had to chase wages from six months ago because the app didn’t put them through, It showed as done but not gone through to my payroll department. It won’t allow you to export documents. The confirmation button at the bottom of the screen doesn’t always work. I’ve had to start using the web browser as it’s slightly more reliable.
-- robjh76, 2024-08-09

### *---- "Log in"
The log in feature is very annoying. Constantly times out and you have to re enter everything which makes having a pin pointless. Just really poorly made.
-- JDL2019, 2024-07-21

### *---- "What happened?"
This app used to be brilliant.

Now every time I go to use it, it says my session has timed out and I have to re-enter my email and password, even if I only leave the app for a few seconds. Previously, I only ever had to put my PIN number in! What’s worse, you’re still required to enter a PIN number, which is just a completely redundant feature if you have to enter your email and password every single time! It’s so frustrating!
-- Wayne2113, 2024-04-15

### ***-- "Constantly log in again"
I’ve had this app for a long time now and the new update is ridiculous I had it set up with a quick PIN number now I have to put email password and pin
In every time it so frustrating!
-- Carley swi, 2024-03-13

### *---- "Unusable"
After initial login issues similar to those already mentioned I can now no longer view any documents. The app is unusable. If there are any developers reading these messages someone needs to sort this out.
-- harriet5041, 2024-03-09

### **--- "Won’t work"
I’ve had this app for a while now and it had been working brilliant. It is now saying that the pin I’m entering is invalid. Went to reset pin/password and when I enter my new pin in it keeps saying invalid. There is now no option for me to try and redo it. It’s very frustrating!
-- Bwg18, 2024-02-29

### **--- "Session expiring has ruined it."
It was an ok app until sessions introduced. Now I have to login with username and password then pin twice. I may do this 2 or 3 times a day to add extra hours to timesheet. I’m going to have to write it all down on pad then enter the info on the website as it’s quicker for bulk entry. The end of an app for me…
