## Edward Jones Mobile Reviews in Canada

### *---- "This app doesn’t function"
Switch to a working app with a proper UI
-- Green is not a creative colour, 2024-08-12

### *---- "Get a new app"
Forgets your password and makes you re-login every time. Not worth the effort
-- daddyschlonglegs1414, 2024-05-24

### ***-- "Basic"
This is basically a port of its website. It offers all the necessary data but nothing more.

Suggestions for future updates:
- Allows password manager access for fill. This app is the only app on my phone that doesn’t allow my password manager to access.
- Allows statement download directly from the app.
-- Dave Chenner, 2024-04-26

### ****- "EJ App on iPhone SE"
App installed and functions fine. Everything is accessible. No glitches with use so far, could be more aesthetically pleasing, but what do you expect from a boring financial institution?
-- mclay905, 2024-04-05

### *---- "Slow, difficult to navigate"
Every action shows a spinner and takes way too long. Back buttons are missing on many pages so it’s hard to get around. The navigation is confusing - you never know if you’re in an account going between the different data items (activity, holdings, etc.) or if you’re in a data item going between the different accounts. And there should be a “whole portfolio” view showing the total holdings and balances of all accounts, including shared accounts. The app needs a rewrite.
-- PM_47, 2024-02-29

### *---- "Slow, buggy"
App takes forever to load account info, doesn’t remember you or your device , and now blocks Mint from accessing your account as well. EJ is where I hold most of my investments, and yet has the worst product out there.
-- TdubW77, 2023-04-07

### ***** "Edward Jones app"
Got it up and running thanks!
-- tdailz, 2022-06-22

### *---- "Do you even test Canadian accounts?"
Every app update is like a bad trip to the casino. You never win, you just hope you can get by when it’s over. Most of the time I can’t login after an update, sometimes I get lucky and can remove the app and reinstall to resolve. This time neither works. I could go load up my laptop and check my account or hope that some manager somewhere reads these comments and realizes how bad the app development is and decides it’s bad for business and things need to change.
-- Sports fan 2014, 2021-11-05

### *---- "Face ID"
After enabling “ login with Face ID” the app refreshes the page and says login credentials are invalid. Then the saved username is also forgotten and need to setup the app again.
-- Brainwalker, 2021-07-29

### *---- "Won’t even open"
New update won’t allow app to open at all on iPhone XR.
